By using the BronkoBox.com website and its services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately upon your first use of this website. You may not use BronkoBox.com services if you do not accept the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions please do not access and use BronkoBox.com.
2. Changes to Terms
BronkoBox.com may change the terms and conditions at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided to users prior to any material changes taking effect.
3. Lawful Use
You agree to use BronkoBox.com website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of BronkoBox.com.
4. Intellectual Property
You agree that the lawful owners of BronkoBox.com own all legal rights, title, copyrights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in this website and all content located on the site.
5. Terms of Rental
We reserve the right to charge rental fees for cancellations made without reasonable advance notice of at least 24 hours. All deliveries of moving packages or supplies will be made within a Service Area decided by Bronko Box LLC. Bronko Box LLC. reserves the right to limit our services to certain market areas. Arrangements may be made to deliver outside of our service area with the possible addition of delivery and pickup fees.
The current Service Area lies within an approximate distance of 25-mile radius from downtown Austin, TX (78701). Please contact us for services outside of our Service Area.
6. Rental Usage & Additional Fees
All boxes, totes and equipment are rented in good condition and are to be returned in good condition, with ordinary wear and tear allowed. Bronko Box LLC. assumes in good faith that operators of rented equipment are knowledgeable and experienced in its use. In the event any part of the equipment is destroyed, damaged, lost or stolen during the rental period Bronko Box LLC. reserves the right to charge additional / replacement fees for the lost or damaged equipment.
All boxes, totes and other equipment must be made available for pickup by Bronko Box LLC. within the dates agreed upon during the rental process. If any boxes, totes or equipment are not made available for pickup during the agreed upon rental contract then the customer will be charged additional prorated rental fees in addition to a $20.00 Missed Pickup Fee. All customers must be available for delivery at the location and time stated in the agreed upon rental contract. If customer is not available at the location or time stated in the agreed upon rental contract then the customer will be charged a $25.00 Missed Delivery Fee.
Any boxes, totes or equipment that are removed from the Service Area must be returned to Bronko Box by the agreed upon rental date at the customer’s expense or additional fees will apply. Bronko Box orders $88+ qualify for one free delivery and pickup – customers requiring additional delivery and pickup appointments will be charged a $25.00 Delivery/Pick Up Fee.
Order Changes: 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling delivery and pickup times – otherwise, there will be a $25.00 Rescheduling or Cancellation Fee.
Destroyed or lost rental totes / boxes and equipment will be charged at the following rates:
- 27x17x12 (LARGE) Totes: $35.00 Each
- 28x20x15 (X-LARGE) Totes: $50.00 Each
- Wardrobe Boxes: $55.00 Each
- 4-Wheel Dolly: $75.00 Each
Customer acknowledges that their credit card information will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement and will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Customer acknowledges and authorizes BronkoBox.com to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions. 7. Refund Policy
All refunds are at the sole discretion of the owner of Bronko Box LLC.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BronkoBox.com website content and services are provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BronkoBox.com excludes all representations and warranties, whether express or implied by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. BronkoBox.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or performance of the website or any of the content and services. While we try to ensure that all functionality provided is correct no responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of BronkoBox.com, or any of its owners, for any errors or inaccurate content on the website.
